Tim Spackman
As Head of Organisational Development at HML, I am seeking to develop a coaching culture within the organisation that will enable it to achieve its strategic objectives in areas such as Engagement, Client Advocacy, Quality, Continuous Improvement and Customer Focus. I provide off-line developmental coaching to senior managers and high potentials as well as leading the coaching training elements of our Leadership Development Programme. My current role requires me to lead a broad range of strategic people change programmes in areas of Culture, Engagement and Organisational Capability.
Being passionate about coaching, I completed the CIPD/OCM’s Advanced Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring (Level 7) in 2007, I was keen to be one of the first in the UK to gain Individual Accreditation from the EMCC to demonstrate that my coaching practice meets national standards and lead the coaching agenda internally with credibility. I am about to undertake a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology.
I have a Masters degree in Strategic Human Resource Management, a BA Hons degree in Business Studies and post graduate qualifications in Counselling and Marketing. I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an External Examiner at Leeds Metropolitan University.
