The School of Coaching is a unique consultancy that uses coaching to transform the performance of organisations, teams and individuals.

The School was the first organisation in Europe to specialise in teaching coaching. We now offer a complete coaching service – globally.

The School was founded by Myles Downey, one of Europe’s most renowned coaches and author of ‘Effective Coaching’, a seminal text on coaching.

Our programmes and services are delivered by the Faculty, a team of experienced, highly trained and respected coaches.

Coach’s Programme

We develop professional coaches of quality and integrity who transform the performance of individuals in business. Our Coach’s Programme is designed for managers and professionals who wish to develop the skills to coach professionally, with an ability to coach at senior levels within organisations. Those who successfully complete this programme receive the Certificate of Professional Development in Executive Coaching, awarded jointly by the School and The University of Strathclyde’s Centre for Lifelong Learning. The programme is EQA Senior Practitioner Level.

Myles Downey still leads some of the workshops on this flagship programme and participants have the opportunity to learn from the coach’s coach.
