An integral part of JMJ Associates since 2009, The School of Coaching presents a world-leading and accredited performance coaching service with over 15 years’ experience. We service clients in a number of sectors from finance and banking, media, legal and oil and gas.
The School of Coaching partners with clients to unleash potential, in individuals and teams, to deliver outstanding results and create a legacy for excellence that is sustainable over time.
We offer a wide range of services under the heading of Performance Coaching, which we tailor to meet the specific needs and objectives of our clients, always in service of producing breakthrough business results.
We create bespoke programmes for organisations aiming to develop coaching capacity alongside their leadership and performance management skills as well as running public programmes, which attract senior executives, leaders and professionals from both the public and private sectors.
Coach’s Programme
The Coach’s Programme is a European Quality Award (EQA) programme, accredited at Senior Practitioner Level in which successful participants gain the Certificate of Professional Development in Coaching awarded jointly by the University of Strathclyde’s Centre for Life Long Learning and The School of Coaching.
At The School of Coaching we develop coaches of quality and integrity who transform the performance of individuals and teams in organisations. The programme is designed to be inspiring and challenging, and to support participants in achieving audacious goals.
Our flagship Coach’s Programme is one of the world’s most prestigious coach training programmes, and runs internationally. It is a well-respected and widely-known professional business coaching qualification and is designed for senior executives, leaders and professionals wishing to develop the skills to coach professionally, with an ability to coach at senior levels within organisations.
The Coach’s Programme teaches a deep level of coaching capability and skill, taking participants on an inner as well as an outer learning journey. Through the intensive nine month programme, participants discover much about themselves and their innate capacity to coach. It provides a unique opportunity to explore and develop coaching style and become a fluent practitioner. Since coaching is a skill that can only be learned through practise and feedback, The School’s programme has a high level of practical content.
