Performance Consultants is a leader in executive coaching, leadership development and coach education, creating bespoke programmes for clients in the public and private sectors. We’ve been providing coach training/development since the 1980s and for the 21st century we designed and deliver a Masters awarded by the University of Portsmouth at 3 postgraduate levels. The EQA programmes attract a rich mix of participants from a diverse range of backgrounds and nationalities

Pg.Certificate Coaching & Development. With the emphasis on coaching skills development, students attend 6 workshops for theoretical input and practice. Study and practice is ongoing between workshops and the submission of work-based projects and a case study. The PgC is taught at national MASTERS LEVEL 7 and credited 60M.

Pg.Diploma Coaching & Development. Advanced skills development and theoretical input over a breadth of topics with observed coaching. Study and reflective practice is ongoing between the 6 workshops and followed by the submission of work-based projects. Taught at MASTERS LEVEL 7, accrues further 60M credits.

Masters in Coaching & Development for experienced, practising coaches. 2-day Research Methods workshop on campus followed by self-conducted research and study to submit a MASTERS LEVEL 7 Dissertation within 9 months. Academic and personal tutor support provided throughout. Total 180M credits on completion.
