Mike Taylor

Mike is an Award winning Executive Coach and business leader and was delighted to be among the first group of EMCC’s European Individually Accredited Coaches. Raising Business Performance via a range of Coaching services is the core of what he and his colleagues at The RBP Group offer.

He founded the business in 2005 following 15 years in Board / Executive Management roles in four very different blue chip Financial Services organisations. He is well versed in Mergers and Acquisitions, in start up and rapidly growing businesses and in delivering transformational change to meet market circumstances.

As a Coach, Mike works with UK / mainland European Directors, function Heads and senior leaders in different industry sectors. A track record in business transformation, growing profits and operational delivery sustainably, makes him well placed to help clients find ways to improve their business performance in three ways: 1-1 Executive Coaching, Board / top team performance reviews and developing Coaching skills.

In 2008 he won the Legal Education & Training Group Award for ”Best Learning and Development Programme for Non-Lawyers” together with colleague Chris Roberts and Simmons & Simmons.

Mike is a qualified Coach, Banker and Treasurer and is an Executive UK Board Member of EMCC.
