Management Futures
Management Futures is a management and coaching consultancy specialising in senior leadership development.
As executive coaches we work with a broad range of clients including Foreign Office ambassadors, NHS Chief Executives and Directors, senior editors for the BBC and business leaders.
As providers of coaching skills training, we worked with over 700 people last year, in three broad categories: training new coaches, developing experienced coaches and providing coaching skills for managers. We run monthly open access courses in London which lead to two postgraduate qualifications at Masters level, accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management, for whom we are an accredited centre.
Our senior staff have published several books on coaching including Jenny Rogers’ best seller ‘Coaching Skills: A Handbook’
Our 5 day Intensive Coaching Skills programme in central London has a heavy emphasis on skills tuition and practice, ending with a full day assessment. Following the programme coaches can opt to work towards a Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring or progress on to the more demanding Diploma for Professional Executive Coaches and Leadership Mentors. The Certificate typically takes around six months to complete and the Diploma an additional 18 months.
The Intensive Coaching Skills programme and support through to completion of professional qualifications received one of the first European Quality Awards from the EMCC. Our Diploma for Professional Executive Coaches and Leadership Mentors is recognised at Senior Practitioner level, and coaches working towards European Individual Accreditation gain considerable exemptions and discount in their application.
For experienced coaches we offer a range of CPD and Supervision, including group supervision and a budget supervision package. Our Advanced Practitioner Network meets monthly to explore key coaching issues and topics and provide opportunities for networking and support.
