Lise Lewis
I work in partnership with clients as an executive coach focusing on energies for development, building confidence and achieving change through challenge and reflection for individual growth and business improvement. I bring operational experience as a leader, strategic change practitioner and a career in people development. Supporting qualifications in coaching, I have an MBA, am a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, qualified as a coach supervisor and hold British Psychological Society accreditation (OPQ32, MBTI, SDI, 16PF5). Coaching skills training for managers and internal coaches and Coach Supervision training is also available.
My coaching philosophy is that individuals hold the key to their success and my role is to support their journey. Feedback from clients confirms that coaching has made a significant impact on their learning and performance with life changing experiences.
Organisations include: AOL, Capita Financial Services, COI, Metropolitan Police, TATE, The Cheltenham Ladies College, The Campaign for Leadership, West Yorkshire Police
As a coach, I believe I have a responsibility to clients and the industry by encouraging professional practice. My current contributions are as a Vice President of the EMCC, an EQA/EIA assessor, EMCC EQA/EIA Product Manager and a member of the Strategic Steering Group (ICF, AC, EMCC, APECS, BACP) designing standards for coach supervision. I was an author of the original EMCC Competency Framework and co-authored the CIPD Coaching Toolkit published in April 2008.
