Lindsay Wittenberg
Lindsay provides executive coaching for development and transformation, drawing on psychological coaching approaches so that clients become who they are. Using insight, challenge, empathic support and reflective learning Lindsay goes beyond what shows on the surface. Clients build confidence, manage dilemmas, enhance leadership and create behaviour and thinking shifts.
Specialist areas include: Burn-out in high achievers; Confidence; Working relationships; Women leaders; Career crossroads. Organisations include Sony Ericsson, UBS, Lloyds TSB, Unilever, Centrica, Homebase, Associated Newspapers, NHS, Metropolitan Police, Greater London Authority, Guide Dogs for the Blind.
Lindsay gets to the heart of the individual: she addresses what is really going on for them rather than the symptoms alone. Clients achieve embedded, sustained change (behavioural, emotional and cognitive): they build a firm platform on which to construct immediate solutions and create ongoing change long after the coaching programme has finished.
She holds: Postgraduate Certificate in The Psychology of Coaching, Academy of Executive Coaching (2008). Advanced Diploma (with Distinction) in Professional Coaching and Mentoring, Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring (2004). Diploma in Performance Coaching (Business), Newcastle College (2003). She is a MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Certified Practitioner (Step I and Step II), and accredited to use Facet5 psychometric profiling. B.A. Hons degree in Linguistics.
