Our Coaching Performance Excellence Programme includes five workshop days with 1:1 coaching supervision and Action Learning Groups in between. Over a 9-12 month period, candidates submit a portfolio of learning evidence which includes three coaching case studies, documentation of their personal learning journey and evidence that course criteria has been met.
