Kathy Denton

Kathy is an experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist and accredited business coach working with senior executives in both public and private sector organisations. She also specialises in working with ex pats from across Europe and helping them to understand the subtle but significant social and business nuances which can have real impact on leadership effectiveness. Kathy is passionate about the effectiveness of one-one coaching both on individual and organisational performance. Her experience of both sides of the board table gives her real insight into the challenges faced by senior executives.

Kathy commercial background including roles at board level with organisations such as Boots, Marks and Spencer and L’Oreal has given her wide business and behavioural experience at senior level . Until recently Kathy was a director with a management consultancy in Doncaster involved in facilitation, workshop delivery, assessment and change programmes in addition to heading up the coaching division.

Kathy is also Vice Chair for a school Board of Governors and a non executive board member for the Lyceum Theatre in Sheffield. She is Mum to 3 lively children who provide plenty of challenge and lots of useful material for coaching in negotiation skills and effective feedback!
