Jeremy Gomm

Jeremy focuses on personal and team development aimed at taking people to a new level in their thinking, their activity and their life satisfaction. His open and friendly approach is based on a foundation of practical creativity and clarity of purpose. He is sensitively but demandingly challenging in pursuit of his clients realising their true potential and achieving their personal and professional ambitions.

He has worked in some of the largest and smallest companies in the world – from giants like Microsoft to a one-man business in northern England.

As a coach and facilitator, he uses and encourages in others the use of a wide variety of communication techniques to command attention, motivate involvement, generate learning and change behaviour.

Before launching his own company, Next Level Performance, in 2008 (not the best time to start!), he spent more than a decade in change management consultancy following a career in newspapers, where he won awards for newspaper design and editorship and, more importantly for him, his people won awards for excellence in practising the skills of journalism and selling more copies.

As a director of Navisys Transformation Ltd, he has led major change programmes in a wide variety of organisations, aimed at improving the performance of people, processes and products, finding differentiators in crowded market places and delighters for customers.

His client experience includes 3M, Microsoft, BT, AXA Insurance, BBC World Service, British Waterways, Finnforest UK, Parexel, Coors, Royal & SunAlliance, Cambridge University Press and Trinity Mirror Group.

Jeremy is also a voluntary member of the UK Board of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and its UK Director of Member Relations.
