Intuition Discovery and Development are the UK’s Coach Training organisation of choice providing both In-House and Open Access programmes, accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and the EMCC.

We are recognised for providing innovative, contextualised and experiential training that transforms internal capability for individuals, teams and organisations.

The past President of the EMCC UK Board, Mike Hurley, is an Owner and Director of Intuition and facilitates on all accredited Intuition programmes. His vast experience and passion for Coaching ensures that you gain the most from your studies as well as keeping you up to date with recent developments and leading edge thinking and practice within the field.

As Facilitators of Learning we encourage the discussion of different perspectives that support the development of creative thinking and reflective practice.

Whilst ensuring you have a thorough understanding of the underpinning theories of Coaching and Mentoring, a critical emphasis is placed on the practical application of the skills – after all these are practical skills that you are developing!

Our highly commended Blended Learning Approach enables you to learn at a time and a place that suits you best whilst being fully supported by your dedicated Coach-Mentor.
