The Foundation in Coaching Practice Programme is designed for anyone interested in developing coaching skills – you could be a manager, HR consultant, teacher, therapist, sports coach or parent. This programme will equip you to progress onto a career as a coach should you wish.

(EMCC EQA Senior Practitioner Level)
The Certificate in Coaching Practice Programme.

This is the first year of the Masters in Professional Coaching and is designed for anyone aspiring to coach formally. The programme is suitable for experienced coaches who wish to articulate their approach by building a unique coaching framework and benchmarking themselves with a peer group.

For an experienced coach, with an established coaching practice, this programme will assist you to explore your unique contribution in the field of coaching, to build a greater repertoire for your practice and to underpin your work with a wide variety of theoretical perspectives.

For an experienced coach, with an established coaching practice, this programme will assist you to explore your unique contribution and signature presence in the field of coaching, to build a greater repertoire for your practice and to underpin your work with a wide variety of theoretical perspectives. This qualification route also provides the opportunity to conduct work-based research into applications which offer a tangible contribution to your organisation whilst contributing to your professional development and the development of the coaching profession.
