Basé en France, je coache depuis une dizaine d’années des cadres dirigeants provenant de différents secteurs, aussi bien en accompagnement individuel qu’en coaching d’équipe. J’ai récemment reçu de mes pairs la reconnaissance du niveau d’accréditation ‘Master Coach’.

Dans l’optique de la performance de l’entreprise, ma pratique de coach s’est progressivement enrichie en centrant mes interventions non seulement au niveau du dirigeant individuellement mais également sur les enjeux des personnes et des équipes dans le contexte du système plus large.

Bien avant de me consacrer au coaching, j’ai obtenu mon MBA à l’INSEAD pour ensuite mener des opérations de business développement et de stratégie groupe dans une entreprise du FTSE 100 au Royaume-Uni.  Plus tard, j’ai rejoint en tant que Directeur Général Adjoint le Comité Exécutif d’un groupe français à forte notoriété, pour y diriger la Stratégie et Développement. Pendant 10 ans j’ai également siégé comme Administrateur Indépendant au Conseil de deux entreprises de l’industrie pharmaceutique et de la cosmétique.

En 2003 j’ai co-fondé Praesta en France, nous sommes aujourd’hui plus de 80 coachs dans une douzaine de pays où Praesta est implanté. Nous mettons l’accent sur la qualité et en tant que membre du International Standards Committee, j’ai contribué à l’élaboration d’exigences inédites envers tous nos coachs en termes de formation et de développement professionnel continu. Celles-ci comprennent une exigence d’accréditation délivrée par un organisme professionnel indépendant. 

Je m’intéresse très largement à la profession de coach en tant que telle, ainsi en tant que Vice-Président j’ai pris la responsabilité au sein de l’EMCC de nos discussions avec les instances réglementaires, notamment l’Union Européenne. Je suis formé pour évaluer les cursus de formation en coaching dans le cadre du European Quality Award, ainsi que l’évaluation des coachs individuellement dans le cadre de l’Accréditation européenne Individuelle. 

De père anglais et de mère française, je suis biculturel et bilingue, et je coache dans les deux langues.

Based in France, I have been coaching senior executives full-time for almost a decade, both individuals and their teams from many different sectors, and was recently rewarded in receiving Master Coach Accreditation from my coaching peers.

With company performance in mind, I have progressively enhanced my coaching practice through a variety of approaches directed not only to individual leaders, but also to the challenges of individuals and top teams in the context of the wider system.

Well before training and developing as a coach, I did my MBA at INSEAD and led commercial, business development and group strategy operations for a FTSE 100 PLC before subsequently joining the top management board of a well-known French family business as Vice-President Strategy and Development. For 10 years, I served as a non-executive Main Board director of two French pharmaceutical/cosmetics groups.

I was a co-founder of Praesta in France in 2003, and we now have over 80 executive coaching colleagues working out of Praesta offices in a dozen countries. We put the accent on quality and as a member of our International Standards Committee I have contributed to the development of uniquely demanding CPD requirements for all our coaches. This naturally includes on-going training, but also gaining accreditation recognition through an independent professional body.

I am very interested in the development of the coaching profession itself, and have taken responsibility within the EMCC for coordinating our discussions with regulatory authorities, particularly the EU. I am also trained to evaluate coach training programmes within the European Quality Award framework, and to assess coaches seeking European Individual Accreditation.

With an English father and a French mother, I am bi-cultural and bi-lingual, and coach in English and French.
