Eunice Aquilina

Eunice is an experienced Coach and Organisation Development Consultant, who, prior to setting up her own business had over 20 years organisational experience. She brings a strong and wide ranging combination of business and behavioural knowledge and experience to her work in complex commercial environments with multiple perspectives and pressures. As a coach, Eunice works with directors and senior business leaders to help them make sense of transitions whether organisational, professional and/or personal, supporting them to expand their range of possibilities and choice so can achieve their desired outcome. After initially training as a coach in the early ‘90s, Eunice continued to develop her coaching skills through study, research and practice. Her MSc in Organisational Behaviour / Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London included research into the effectiveness of an internal model of coaching. A graduate of i-coach academy and the Newfield Network, Eunice has also studied coach supervision with Dr Peter Hawkins of Bath Consultancy. Her Doctorate in Executive Coaching and OD looked at how coaching conversations support organisation development. Eunice has also studied Embodiment Presence with Arawana Hayashi and is currently working towards Master Somatic Coach Certification with the Strozzi Institute for Embodied Leadership in California.
