Once you have completed your application for EIA please follow these three steps:
Step One
Click here to fill in the form to inform us of your intention to submit, so we can match your submission to your payment.
Step Two
Post your completed application to:

Step Three
Make your payment.

DEADLINES
Whilst you can submit your application at any stage, assessments will take place after each of the following deadlines:
May 2012
- Deadline for Application – 1st May 2012
- Communication of decision to Applicant – 25th July 2012
September 2012
- Deadline for Application - 30th September 2012
- Communication of decision to Applicant – 19th December 2012
