EIA is an award of European quality that is recognised globally as the gold seal of coach/mentor accreditation in the marketplace.
It’s more than just a qualification, not only does it ensure you have a relevant qualification or equivalent experience that meets our stretching Competence Framework, it also demands you apply this to your practice, working consistently to the highest professional standards.
EIA supports our aim of raising standards in coaching and mentoring by being the only accreditation that:

Who is it for?
Anyone involved in coaching/mentoring, whether it’s just one part of your role or it’s your main function. You can apply for accreditation at the level appropriate to you from Foundation to Master Practitioner.
