Diane has been coaching and mentoring individual leaders and leadership teams in the private and public sector for over a decade. An engineer by background with an MBA from London Business School Diane has led organisations in the engineering, technology, logistics and consultancy sectors. Her clients value her rapid grasp of the complexities and realities of their organisation and report real change in their ability to bring themselves authentically to their role as leaders, in their behaviour and in business outcomes. Working with Diane enables clients to see their options more clearly, and gives them greater choice and flexibility in managing their leadership responses and style.

Diane uses an appreciative approach to build on existing success, as well as providing accurate and relevant insight to improve leadership performance. She challenges leaders to develop an authentic vision of what they are seeking to create, and to take the focussed action that will get them there.
