David Sleightholm

Management consultant, specialising in executive coaching, mentoring, assessment, analysis, training and action learning. MBA, FCIPD and FCMI, with an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coach – Mentoring. Faculty Coach-Mentor for CIPD and the OCM advanced Certificate and Diploma programmes. EQA and EIA assessor. Works mainly in London and East Anglia.

David has over 20 years of front-line and strategic management experience in both the public and private sector. He has managed Information, Finance, Facilities and Human Resources functions. He has had extensive involvement with government. He was advisor to the Comprehensive Spending Review 1998, and was the Lead Officer Finance for the Association of Chief Officers of Probation.

David is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with a range of academic qualifications, including Master of Business Administration and, more recently, the Advanced Diploma in Professional Coach Mentoring, and NVQ awards in assessment and internal verification. He has undertaken organizational assessments for EQFM awards, TNT award and the UK Business Excellence award.

David was recently accredited as Master Practitioner by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
