Foundation Certificate in Organisational Coaching
This qualification will help you develop the core coaching and mentoring skills necessary to provide effective coaching as part of your role. HR and L&D professionals who wish to build an appropriate level of coaching skills and knowledge to enable them to provide effective coaching as part of their role will find this course useful.

Intermediate Certificate in Organisational Coach-mentoring
This qualification will help to develop an understanding of the theory and practice of coaching and mentoring. HR and L&D professional who have responsibility for developing organisational coach-mentoring programmes and strategies to build a successful and sustainable coaching culture will find this course useful.
