Chris brings business leadership, accredited coaching and mentoring, and a business focus together creating the environment for leaders to learn, develop and to improve business performance in today’s rapidly changing organisations.

He is working with professional services firms across all sectors and using coaching and mentoring in transformation projects delivering proven and measurable business performance improvement for clients.

Chris established his award winning coaching and mentoring practice in 2006. He is a leadership and business coach / mentor awarded individual accreditation at practitioner level, having qualified through the Oxford School of Coaching.

He comes from a strong and widely developed business background as COO in both legal professional services with Simmons & Simmons and a number of years in the life assurance sector with Laurentian Life.
