Alison Hodge

Alison (1)Alison works primarily in coaching and facilitation of individuals and senior management teams to enable them to achieve the changes that they wish to make. With her curiosity and love of learning, she brings a personal empathy to her client relationships, together with the academic appreciation and understanding of change processes. Alison believes that learning and change may be challenging and at the same time can be fun, and that we can achieve amazing results when we align passion with our professional practice. She is valued for her passionate enthusiasm and her belief in people’s ability to succeed and grow.

Coupled with her excellent communication skills, she loves using diverse interventions including role-playing, psychodrama and creative resources including metaphor, visual imagery and objects to interpret and address individual and organisational change issues. Whilst she continues to manage a portfolio of organisational clients, she now also works as a Coaching Supervisor with HR, Change and OD Consultants and Executive Coaches, co-creating collaborative learning relationships that support their personal and professional development. At the heart of this is her wish to ensure that as coaching practitioners we all deliver the best possible service to our clients. To support this work, she completed her Diploma in Supervision during 2006. She is now enrolled at Middlesex University to complete her DProf in Coaching Supervision. She has been an active member on EMCC Ethics and Conference Committees and has facilitated the Ethical Awareness Workshops for EMCC around the UK.
