Diploma in Intermediate Executive Coaching (formally known as Foundation Programme): Intermediate Level. Valid from  Apr 2006.

This programme provides a solid grounding in the principles and practice of coaching. The programme is primarily for experienced managers, trainers, consultants and life coaches. It allows you to obtain a wider understanding of a range of coaching models whilst working to develop your own ‘signature presence’.

Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching: Practitioner level (now known as Senior Practitioner level) Valid from Nov 2006

Become a highly qualified and experienced executive coach, with the expertise to coach leaders and business executives with total confidence. A challenging programme delivered over 12-15 months that will transform experienced coaches into exceptional executive coaches. The programme requires substantial knowledge and experience of developing people either as a, business leader or senior manager with a coaching style consultant or trainer life or business coach
